WHAT IF MY ORDER ISN'T FROZEN WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

  • No worries! If your order arrives partially thawed but still cold to the touch, then it’s safe to place in your refrigerator or freezer. Our vacuum-seal technology limits any exposure to oxygen, which means your meat can be stored without risk of freezer burn or spoilage, even after it has thawed during delivery. If your order is NOT cold to the touch, then please call our Customer Service Team at (888) 416-3287 or email support@steakandseafooddirect.com. We do not recommend consuming any meat that arrives at room temperature.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Hey there, partner. If you're lookin' to see where your order's at, just mosey on over and sign into your account. Once we wrangle up your goods and send 'em ridin' out, you'll be gettin' yourself a friendly ol' tracking email. That email's gonna pack a punch with a tracking number, lettin' you know exactly when to expect that delivery to saunter on in. Happy trails, now!

HOW TO HANDLE DRY ICE

  • Well now, partner, when we pack up your box, we're throwin' in a hefty 10 pounds of that there dry ice and some good ol' insulation. Why, you might ask? 'Cause we're dead set on keepin' things icy cold while it's moseyin' its way to your doorstep.

    Now, suppose that box of yours arrives, and lo and behold, there's still some of that frosty dry ice hangin' around inside. Here's the lowdown: don't go touchin' it with your bare hands. No sir, that's a recipe for a chilly surprise. What we suggest is lettin' it be right there in that trusty Steak and Seafood Direct box, givin' it some good ol' fresh air so that that dry ice can do its vanishing act.

    And I'll tell ya, friend, when it comes to handlin' dry ice, you gotta be as cautious as a coyote scoutin' a chicken coop. Tip of the hat from me to you: grab yourself some trusty tongs or a solid pair of work gloves, and wrangle that ice safely. If you're feelin' a bit fancy, reckon you could plunk a piece in a bowl of warm water. Makes for a right hoot of a time with the young 'uns or even when you're ridin' solo. Fact is, dry ice is just as snazzy for the grown-ups as it is for the little rascals. So go on, wrangle that frozen fun and enjoy the ride!
